Click the Create button located in the bottom right corner of the proxies route.
Enter your proxies into Proxy list input.
Enter a Proxy list name and then click the Create button.
Select the proxy list you want to edit and click the Edit button.
Once the necessary changes have been made, click the Save button.
Select the Test site you want to test your proxies on .
Select the proxy list you want to perform tests with.
Either click the start icon on the right hand side of the proxy to test a single proxy or click the Test all button to test all proxies.
